  • So just make a text replacement. I actually prefer it this way so I can always get the character I want. I have it set up such that

\emdash and \endash are replaced by the appropriate characters. I’ve also recently gotten into \hairsp\emdash\hairsp for all my em dash needs.

I also set up my phone to replace a ? and ! directly next to each other in both orders with a ‽

It’s great fun if you care about minute details such as these

  • Hero

    Jump
  • That’s just not how the world works though… you will have to work with at least 1 person at a job (your boss), so you should be able to work well with at least 1 person. That doesn’t come through with just a resume.

  • I just want to let you know that “whom” is only ever used as an object. In your sentences, I think you should have used “whoever”.

The easiest way to remember which you should use is to think about the difference between s/he==who and her/him==whom.

She gave the ball to him Who gave the ball to whom

She controls the domain Who controls the domain

The domain is controlled by him The domain is controlled by whom

  • In my limited understanding, they almost certainly do not because if they did client devices would struggle to decode some non-standard format.

    It’s probably a DRM limitation.
