  • The scams and shitcoins are likely going to be the loudest because they need to cast a wide net, so it's not too unexpected for those to be the most visible "crypto things" to your average person

  • I wonder whether a travel notification could have solved your issue with paying a foreign merchant.

  • This sounds really interesting. I'm gonna put this on my wishlist in hopes it goes on sale or something. Can't justify $25 right now due to circumstances.

  • I had a good amount of fun with this game, it's a shame I have to downvote it. It was a little difficult to get into at first, but I stuck with it and had a lot of fun. I chose to develop a big-ass ship like you speak of and eventually became a lumpy Death Star knockoff.

  • It's such a good name, it has that pun AND it's a double entendre ("Eye-on")

  • You're exactly right! Now I'm kicking myself for the term escaping me in the moment. :)

  • I wasn't confused by it; I just think it could be further improved.

  • I appreciate the dunk on Threads, I wasn't aware of that icon. How audacious.

  • Now this is a headline whose grammar I take issue with

Reads like "the truth (which humiliated Putin) wants to hide"

    It should be

The Uncensored Truth That Putin, Humiliated, Wants to Hide

  • Yeah, you probably don't want to risk getting caught for that. There is a possibility you could be criminally charged (regardless of how stupid you might think that is, it happens) when the school finds out what you're doing. And if you're using school-issued hardware they're very likely to find out what you're doing.

  • I imagine it can be used that way too!

  • Law Enforcement Organizations, it's a valid initialism

  • i upvoted you, but if a single downvote is provoking that kind of an edit from you, you really need to take a break from the internet for a while

  • fuck employment agencies tho, they're unnecessary middlemen the same way for-profit health insurers are.

  • Aaaaah

  • I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice!

If this happens to you, it's time to check your electrolytes! Cramping can be a sign of low potassium. Most healthy people should be aiming for 2g+ of potassium per day.

Popularly known food sources of potassium (like banana and avocado) aren't super great in a pinch. Coconut water, or beverages like Electrolit / Pedialyte, do a better job. For your regular dietary intake, there are lots of foods better than banana and avocado at getting you the potassium you need.

This post brought to you by the fucking awful leg cramps I used to get when eating a low carb diet.

  • I dunno about iOS, but the reviews of the Garmin Connect app on the Play Store are... very consistently negative over the last handful of months. There was apparently a significant redesign that made a lot of information less accessible. I was thinking about getting one of their cheaper fitness trackers, but I'm less sure about that after seeing those reviews.

  • I mean that's fair enough. I'm sure he doesn't need the money as badly as your average Joe

  • There are a lot of things worth criticizing him for but I don't think this is one of them. You and I would likely act the same if we had the choice of timing our resignation.

  • OOH! these RATINGS!

  • Oh okay, if it's not a pun then it is a typo. I wasn't referring to the British spelling, the "e" should be an "a": "Deredicalisation"
