Those responses are not because OP doesn't like smartphones, they're because people correctly called out their disingenuous bullshit. Imagine I make a post saying I can't think of a single way tractors have improved my life. People tell me all the ways tractors have improved everybody's lives and I go "well, I buy my vegetables from the supermarket so tractors are still useless to me". I'm basically announcing I'm not interested in having a good faith conversation and am just here to be antagonistic. People don't like that.
For example, I am being overtly hostile to OP and not to you, even though you're both arguing the same point. The difference is that you're doing it in good faith.
The US isn't introducing bias into the models, they're introducing bias into the internet. The AI models just reflect the larger problem, which is, bias is bad.
Just a little note: Seems like you're conflating QT apps with KDE apps. KTorrent, Amarok, Elisa, etc will pull half of KDE with them, transmission-qt, qbittorrent, strawberry, clementine and VLC won't.
Mad Max. I've only played for like an hour but it's been pretty good so far. Reminds me a lot to the Arkham games. I think GOG has it on sale for another 20 minutes. (10 am pacific).
Getting downvoted isn't getting piled on, it just means that people disagree with your post and OP made several antagonistic posts; of course people are gonna disagree. You're seeing violence where there is none.
Hostility doesn't have to be rude, just antagonistic. OP is dismissing everybody's valid points and just flat-out ignoring a bunch of them when it doesn't suit his preconceived point of view. That's literally the definition of antagonistic.
So I was wrong about that one, the point still stands, specially because key resellers are also affected by Valve's policy. Why are you being so intentionally obtuse?
Are you intentionally missing the point? Legitimate or not, it's a 3rd party seller that can't offer the same protections an official store where the dev chooses to list the game does. Just to name an example, if you even see a key from Humble Bundle, you lose the right to refund. If not for Valve's predatory policies, you could just buy the game at a lower price from Epic and enjoy the exact same refund policy that Steam has.
