  • They're literally the cheapest thing Chanel (and Dior, D&G, Mont Blanc, Hugo Boss, Armani, YSL, Prada, etc) sells and nobody who isn't into perfumes will even notice you're wearing it. Even within the perfume space, those are literally the most basic brands you can get (because they're not perfume brands) so nobody who is into perfumes would take it as a status symbol either. Saying perfumes from Chanel are status symbols is like saying glasses from Harley Davidson are status symbols.

  • Most well-known "luxury" brands are. Real rich person's brands won't even bother selling to the poor. There's currently a meltdown among the middle class because Hermes is laughing them out of the store. It's quite funny.

  • Troubleshooting Simulator. Hopefully, Far Cry 3 a couple of hours from now.

Edit: For anyone else who is having issues with the UPlay version of Far Cry 3 and hopes to find a sliver of hope here: I utterly failed. The game refuses to work. I even tried dxvk and vgvoodoo. The only "solution" I found (short of just buying the Steam version) is running it on integrated graphics (780M).

  • Oh yeah, he's a piece of shit for sure. I just think it's funny that he's also a moron. What kind of drug lord gets a message saying "Hey, I heard of a guy who wants to take you down, wire me a cool mil and I'll kill him for you, k?" and just... sends the money? More than once?! He definitely tried to rescue an overthrown Nigerian prince as a kid.
