Have an elderly patron at the cafe that I volunteer at as a tech support (basically helping the old sods learn how to use their phones and connect to the new digital services from the government in Denmark) and he is a Linux user too. Dude is 79 and is the fella I go to if I have any linux questions. Think he uses an old IBM ThinkPad and practically consoles everything except his web use. I want to stay as pro as him when I turn 79!
Uh, I think she was a handler, of sorts. Don't rightfully know, I just know it was a job with a lot of risks and it was hella stressful. Her workplace had one "inmate" escape and murder a 9-year old one time and that was just, well devastating.
Honestly I hope this does indeed set a new gold standard. Probably not with the whole early access thing, though. Itās a thing that needs to go away.
I bought a Synology disk station a few years ago that has faithfully served as a NAS, website host and email host. Only recurring thing I pay for now is the domain name and it works splendidly.
Iāve been considering this for a while now. Yes, Muskās antics are only souring everything about Twitter, but the place is also a font of information that search indexes use. Iāve used Twitter a lot and I donāt want to see the information Iāve shared there to go away. If I do remove my Twitter account, my tweets will only be available through sites like the internet archive.
If you only spend 5-10 seconds Iād argue you might as well stop showering because that is not enough time to be effective.
(edit) To not be too argumentative and rude I'd wager you probably spend more time than 10 seconds. :) Your other points do have merit too, heck who am I to judge your showering habits.
I loathe the way kids use snapchat to text chat. They take a photo of their shoes then reply. š¤Ø
