It's from a local Fox News station. The local stations are typically less biased (and less insane) than the big cable TV Fox News. Local stations still have issues of course, with most of them being owned by a single company.

I like the idea of a kid tracker, but I also don't think it's super necessary. Especially when this happens. To me, it implies that T-Mobile isn't using end to end encryption between the tracker and parents phone. Maybe from tracker to T-Mobile to parents.

Side note: Any decent kid tracker thingies that respect privacy?

I wonder how many journalists are in those chat groups.

Hopefully the judge does order their arrests. Aren't those people technically following illegal orders anyway?

For combat MOSs, they should all be expected to pass the same physical fitness standard. You either raise the female standard to the same level as males, and have fit females. Or you can lower male standards and have less fit male and female service members in combat. Or you can meet somewhere in the middle and still have less fit male and female service members in combat. Personally, I say raise the female standard for combat MOSs to that of males.

Combat is not about equality. It is about lethality and that is it.

People carry a gun to protect themselves and their family. Not necessarily random strangers. In fact, most state CCW classes tell you to stay away from situations where you might have to use your gun to help others.

The good guy with the gun is either a cop, or a concealed carrier in the middle of the situation. In this case, cops were the bad guys.

Not an accident. This was negligence. Actual accidents are pretty rare.

I'd argue that person was being stupid. There's no reason to be lying in bed with a firearm. That, or they didn't tell the truth
