Question is: do I buy one now and risk them bricking it out of spite… I guess as long as I don’t update the firmware? I don’t actually know how their geofence works.

This is lame. They already crammed remoteID™ down our throats :-( Although this will do way more to curtail drone activity it’s demonstrably not going to stop anyone from doing anything really bad.

Does 48 hours not getting a reverse proxy working count?

It’s FreeNAS and I don’t really hoast anything but the plex server… so 48 hours.

If deleting files counts 10 days a year, if not 1 day a year.

If you consider the way you choose to allocate your time and and a portion of your entertainment budget private… then yes.

The first 2 computer repair shops I worked at both had nut-setters that someone had ground down on so they could be used to tighten or replace the screw bosses on a female VGA connector.

Kind of a pain in the dick honestly… but I can confirm that it was entirely possible to drag a full sized tower off a workbench by the VGA cable ;-)

I just hope we get to swing back by LeBabra’s comment, where he’s stuck doing all the labor at that first camp.

I pointed out that you could stab someone in the eye with a pencil making a basic tool of learning into a wildly inappropriate object. It was really rough doing all my work in crayon ;-)

Don’t get me wrong, both are great jokes.

I suppose I like the other because it’s the opposite. I don’t view it as random throw away, I think it implies that Bender has a lot of weird stuff going on… stuff that’s maybe better to not know about.

He is only one spine short of a Mouseketeers reunion after all ;-) 

I was thinking about it, but now that I know they’re packing heat I might just stick to the over priced dispensaries.

It really is just about the annoying cookie dialogues. I support most of the work they are doing and I want it to go further. I wanted to see a tracking cookie ban that corporations couldn’t wiggle out from under.

Oh they are all doing something shady, don’t kid yourself ;-)
