for electric grinders i saw some general advice that said you get more uneven grinding and popcorning with slow feed/last beans of a grind. so it was recommended to get your whole dose in at the same time. anti-popcorning mechanisms supposedly help with this
dont go espresso fine. moka requires filter-range grind. your exact grind and prep can have a real impact on your brew so doing some experimenting with grind size may be rewarding. you may be able to grind finer (within the filter range) for moka. the main issue is that moka naturally carries fines up to the collection chamber, so i recommend starting with a medium filter grind to keep the brew quick and free-flowing. it can also help immensely to sandwich an aeropress filter above basket to reduce the fines.
i was wondering what would it take to make a free/open/noncommercial search solution maintained by a collective (like wikipedia or something). search is too important to be ruined for everyone by corporations.
its not ever directly sweet per se but when its balanced and possibly a bit juicy (not overly astringent, bitter, etc) then that can be described as ‘sweet’
consider cream and sugar ;-)
