It's not a PieFed specific problem. Only one of the accounts I checked is PieFed, the rest are Lemmy accounts.

I can't see feddit.org images from my piefed.zip account in Voyager, but it works with my lemmy.zip account in Voyager.

In Germany it stands for Inter City Express, a high speed train.
