Yandex has a large office in Amsterdam. Not sure where its all served from but they have offices in 12 countries.

Pretty much that is how it works, yes. Most likely they'd try to pull a J&J and restructure where the debt is given to a subsidiary that then declares bankruptcy. Thankfully that strategy was rejected but they're still plotting to declare bankruptcy somehow.

It would be better to have something like a class action where they have to pay out $40 million each to hundreds of people rather than 10 people get ridiculous sums that are way more than they need and everyone else get nothing because the company went bankrupt after the first 10 settlements.

People with 3-4 kids regretting a couple of them is perhaps more common than you'd think. I've known people with 2 kids - like, had kids at 18 and 20 with someone they broke up with at 23 and then had to spend the next 15 years collaborating with on custody and child-rearing even though they hated each other - who would dream what their lives would be like if they hadn't decided to reproduce vs. going to college or enjoying their youth.

No kidding (ha!), I didn't have kids because i think the entire idea is stupid. So yes, I'd suggest that other people have less also.

State RNC branches are going bankrupt, too, as people are donating money to national and Trump and not them. Also Trump had the national RNC paying his legal bills but they backed out... and Trump's PAC (which he has diverted money from to pay legal bills) asked for a $60 million refund from another group due to mounting legal bills.
