That does make sense. But still, making a powered chair is not at all technologically difficult. You need the chair, two motors and an input system that works for the user.

Sure, if there's a lot of bespoke parts and manual labour, coupled with basically no economy of scale, it's going to be expensive. But it's not difficult.

It's expensive for sure, but that's mostly because powered chairs are made by medical companies and in comparatively low numbers.

A mobility scooter has almost all components a powered chair has, and these can be had for as little as €1000.

The technology behind a powered chair isn't hard.

And even if we use the high price of a power scooter: How much does it cost to make a paraplegic person walk?

Another thing to consider here: the player characters are absolute heroes in most campaigns, not just the average rando peasant. So the stuff they have access to (magic skills, potions, money, ...) is not at all an indication of what the average person has access to. Maybe that bias causes some players to lose touch with ingame reality.

In most magic systems (RPG and books/films) using magic costs the magic user something (decades of studying, exhaustion, life force, mana potions/crystals, ...). So it would be natural that they want to be compensated for their work.

So depending on how difficult regrowing an eye is for the magic user that could be quite pricey.

Some magic systems also require the magic user to exactly picture what they want to cast. Not sure if anyone can actually picture all the connections of an optical nerve.

In our world we do have the magic to push a wheelchair around, and it's not even hard to do this. Tinkerers can cast the spell of self-propelling wheelchair in their garages.

But magicing someone's legs to work is still a far way off.

(Remember, when magic is well explained and documented, and people get used to it, they tend to call it technology.)

Now guess how it feels to type German with predictive text. Most of our words can have more than a dozen different word endings depending on time and how the word is used. And that's not taking into account that we use compound words, which word prediction pretty much cannot predict and often doesn't even know. So spell check will mark a legal compound word as misspelled, because it doesn't understand the concept of compound words and doesn't know this specific word combination.

To show what I mean, the term "Danube steam boat captain's hat" becomes "DonauDampfSchiffKapitänsMütze" (I added capital letters which shouldn't be there to show where the next word in the compound word begins).

While this is an extreme example, it's pretty common for compound words to consist of 4-5 words.

To add to the great answers of the others:

The enclosure will only help you to keep heat in, not to keep the contents of the enclosure cool.

If it gets really hot and you print parts that need a lot of cooling, consider opening or removing the enclosure (if possible).

Tell me where Google claimed that they don't delete comments. They obviously clear spam and other shit. And they do that completely officially.

Tricks like that worked in the early 2000s. Nowadays, these tricks are much more likely to get you banned rather than the other way round.

All of these automod bots have features that can decypher stuff like that.

The reason is easy. There is no text character that bypasses the non-random deletion by channel admins. If you post enough shit, they'll put you on the banlist of their 3rd party automod bots. Every time you post anything while you are on their banlist, your comments will be automatically deleted.

And guess what: many channel admins actually share their banlists. So you aren't on only one channel's banlist, but on many.

Post less conspiracy shit, and you won't get banned.

These lots of people are a very specific bubble: the idiots who can't behave on the internet. All the others don't have that issue.

It's also not autoblocking by Youtube, but you being banned by channel admins. They use bots to automatically delete any content an user posted who already posted multiple dumb/offensive/toxic posts.

Changing the letters to some similar looking letters won't help you, because YOU are banned.

If by your own admission 50% of your posts are questionable at best, you deserve bans.
