I didn't see it at first either, but if you go to your profile it defaults to showing your posts. Select that drop-down menu and you can look at saved posts instead

I used to see "comment deleted by user" or something like that, has that gone away?

Also the issue I've noticed pretty often recently is that there are apparently replies to a comment, but I click to view them and it disappears. That happened with your comment, did you have any replies before mine?

I've never seen any of tildes but I'm interested to know what you mean about it being so perfect that it's off putting

You can correct titles on Lemmy if you want to, but it's no big deal and doesn't detract from their quite sensible perspective on human ridiculousness

If it's our own picture, should we use imgur instead of uploading it here? I hadn't done it that way because I wasn't sure if that would let the picture be an expandable thumbnail or if you'd have to click through to imgur to see it
