I don't think this should really be controversial. Whatever your thought on US aid is, or the war in general, it's incredibly obvious that the counteroffensive was a complete failure. Ukraine gained basically nothing, lost massive amounts of materiel, and countless soldiers were killed. Russia's defensive lines were not breached.

Privatization is encouraged by all the neoliberal governments, not just Russia, and they all want to dismantle any remaining vestiges of public ownership over the economy.

They’re at least building green energy and trains lol. And less wars. Already better.

Even if that shock happens, China will still be in a better situation. Like, they actually manufacture stuff there, and the government builds infrastructure aggressively. That’s two massive benefits to economic security and health.

Italy has been prosecuting people who try to help them, who provide aid and rescue when the ships start to sink. The government has blood on their hands.

The US will never start stirring conflicts, as the industrial machine will always want more blood, more bombs, more money. This is why we engage in forever wars. Instead of using money to enrich people's lives and provide services to those in need, we line the pockets of "defense" contractors.
