This is what really brings my blood to a boil, just by reading your comment. It's the fact that it is too true, because it happens all of the time. There are still so many idiots out there, who'll put their blind faith in so many things, thinking that they're 'protected' or 'safe' or 'secure'. But time after time again, they are exploited and abused in so many ways.
And yet we simply do not learn a single fucking thing. There are few of us who've learned and gotten wiser from the shit we deal with. But damn the idiot pool is still so vast and massive, that it's no wonder this kind of shit still happens. All the while, society believes in karma and invisible deities to come swooping in to save the fucking day one of these days and solve all of our problems.
When, the rich and powerful know too that those ideals are simply lies because they happily continue taking advantage.
And still we yet never learn. Yeah we outnumber them still, but we don't have the smarts or care to deal with them. We just think waving signs and petitions will work.
If you identify as an independent, I notice that they often get laughed at.
Kind of makes me wish there would've been more stronger opponents running that represent Independent party to show people that not everything has to be either red or blue. But, we've gone 171 years now without an Independent president so it's hard to get the hopes up.
Makes me also glad Dr.Oz lost his chance to be a senator. But damn was it scary close.
We don't really need anymore celebrities of any kind to take up positions of power and influence. We're already suffering the effects of a bad businessman, conman celebrity as it is.
They talk like corporate executives behind closed doors. This isn't the talk in how to make things affordable, how people can live and co-exist in harmony. Nope, migrants are only good for economic growth if it only means a net positive for profit.
Trump only needs to be removed from the ballot of so few states and hopefully some of those states where it's barred from writing in an ineligible candidate.
Once he loses any state, few or more, he's automatically lost. Also, Colorado is like 10 votes to the electoral college, which is a decent chunk of the votes.
Is this the only good deal that they've ever acknowledged? All the other good deals that'd benefit Americans just weren't good deals in their eyes that they happily shot down, but this one was the exception to them?
Not really.
