  • It is probably intended for ice packs for things like insulin, but worded vaguely to allow ice in a ziplock bag or a frozen water bottle in place of an ice pack. Most of these rules would benefit massively from stating the purpose of the rule too.

  • If there is a list of acceptable things, then those specific things are not things they "shouldn't be bringing on".

  • Seashells, as they will remind one of the vast scale of the ocean.

  • Nuclear bombs would have fallout that blows across Europe.

Ukraine doesn't need to defend any territory it has taken, it just needs to be a constant thorn in Russia's side.

  • Of course, if Putin drops a tactical nuke inside of Russia’s internationally-recognized boarders, will the world care?

Yes, they will care about nuclear fallout blowing across Europe at a minimum.

  • Yeah, I assume this is a dual purpose morale booster and demoralizerm Ukraine shows that Russias defenses are a paper tiger because they relied on threats and it will force Russia to respond with troops, either by pulling from the front lines or reinforcements. Either way it moves the fighting to Russian land and that will demoralize support in Russia.

Plus they can disrupt more supply lines and war manufacturing locations by going around the border defenses. They don't even need to hold ground, just be a thorn in Russia's side.

  • So basically the same quality defenses that rolled over when the Wagner guy started his march to Moscow...

  • Yeah, misdemeanor has more letters than felony so it just be worse!

  • Nah. If we include every derivative asshole with the same fanbase then it will be an endless parade of chucklefucks.

  • He would probably be more annoyed at having a bunch of existing stories changed to make him the protagonist.

  • They can make killing multiple people in specific locations more difficult, but they do nothing to keep someone from being able to fire a single bullet for an immoral reaspn, hence the difference between lethality and identification and morality.

The Vegas shooting would not have been less immoral if a single person or nobody died. There is a benefit to reduced lethality, especially against crowds. But again, reduced lethality doesn't reduce the chance of being used immorally.

  • Those changes reduce lethality or improve identification. They have nothing to do with morality and do NOT reduce the chance of immoral use.

  • You should always pull out during the interview. If you don't they might think you are hiding something and won't be able to give them the moneyshot.

  • I have no idea who the guy is, but why is anyone surprised that someone who goes by Mr Beast is living up to his stage name?

  • Tim Walz is the person who actually cares about rural folks that Trump was pretending to be. Of course Walz is known for helping regular middle class folk by primiting green energy, while Trump focused on the coal miners who are small in number who were clinging to a dying pollution causing fossil fuel undustry.

  • Sadly they spawn like roaches so there are plenty of replacement morons.

  • Nah, they clearly didn't have the best intentions and just moved away from criticism so they could pretend to be noble.

  • Seems like he would have passed the Republican vetting with flying colors.

  • TheCenterSquare conservative propaganda again?

Stevens highlighted one encouraging result: there seems to be rare bipartisan agreement between Democrats and Republicans — 61% and 52%, respectively — that they are not comfortable with the government regulating the speech of pro-Hamas protesters.

Speech on support of Palestinians is not the same as pro-Hamas...

  • This has been the contrast since the early 80s...
