Raw eggs are certified as safe to eat in the UK. They previously weren't recommended for immunocompromised or pregnant people but now they're certified as safe for all.
Lawns in the UK are nothing like lawns in the US. I never water it or use weedkiller and it stays green all year. It has buttercups and clover growing among it. I only mow it infrequently when it gets very long.
