After dabbling with AI for years, I think it should be called out for what it is; machine learning. We're not in the ballpark of intelligence and barely close to mimicking (artificial) intelligence.
Though ML has a lot of things going for it, my most successful results are with voice synthesizing. Almost flawless and pretty amazing considered the yield.
No. If the discord channels/rooms (often called a 'discord server' where the head moderators are called 'admins') is the main support channel, I don't take the product serious. And I don't want joke software on my systems.
I'm not glad they're giving people an option, I'm angry that their foundational principles are askew and they're working towards continuing to use Discord as the main support channel.
Did you know that the ban reason is written by the moderator and they could write whatever they want - Including subjective views on the situation or even lies?
I don't think the modlog is supposed to protect the moderators from the bad users but rather users from bad moderators.
What constitutes "better service" is subjective and based on personal preferences. I consider ATM's as more convenient but not a better service than bank tellers.
