[FEATURE REQUEST] I wish we could see the parent post from the inbox, like in Jerboa.

  • Lemm.ee prevents any uploads over 100KB, so for anything like a photo or a screenshot you'll need to first upload to a 3rd party image site.

    • Are communities with the same name, but different instances linked at all? e.g., Does /c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml and /c/asklemmy@lemmy.world have any relation?

  • Yeah it's a bit of a weird situation, isn't it? Same names but different communities. I actually think this is a bit of a barrier to new users. It's not an intuitive situation and doesn't immediately make sense. I think it adds to the "this is all too confusing" problem that is inherent in the fediverse.

  • I've just joined up to lemme.ee and subscribed to a community on another instance. I can see the posts in that community, but they all show up with zero comments. If I view the community on the web, there are several comments there. Is this a bug?
