Definitely! Love the series, and looking forward to XC X. May not get it on launch, depending on what I am playing at the time, but plan to get it as soon as possible.

It was really cool to see "Atari" logo after such a long time.

Also, it's made by the people that made Bit.trip games , so that's good, they have a good track record.

Yeah, I felt the same way. Maybe will get used to it when playing, but it felt... wrong.

I remember hearing from many people, "I wasn't going to buy it, but it's only available for a limited period, don't want to miss out on it".

I voted with my wallet, and didn't buy it. I lost the vote though, since it sold pretty well.

Which explains why they did it. They created some hype, and earned some money, and still kept it for making some quick money by remaster / re-release when needed.

Reads like it was written by a marketing team.

Not that it has any effect on us personally, but I am still a wee bit salty that Sony just added few millions to PS2 sold when Switch got closer to crossing it.

It makes sense what he is saying, I can see it happening in any software company that doesn't have experience with managing multiple projects at once.

People doesn't seem happy though, which is also understandable.

Yeah, but there isn't much of a difference in this. Power can go out, or someone can just pick it up again, so if it doesn't have enough power to properly go in sleep/hibernate mode that can cause issue, so you have to design for those possibilities.

Anyways, I wasn't seriously arguing about that, my point was just that different people / consumers generally want different things.

Yeah, that is why I specifically mentioned "good". I don't want my wish to come true with garbage AAA game 😀
