Joules actually are Newton-metres, in a sense. A joule is (genuinely) defined as the work done when a 1 Newton force displaces a mass by one metre. So as long as you're willing to risk the Bureau international des poids et mesures assassinating you for your physics crimes, you can totally pretend that Newton-metres are for measuring energy and Nm/s is a reasonable way to measure power. While you're at it, you should measure torque in Coulomb-volts for the same reason

The Fortwo never got anywhere near that much power, not even the Brabus versions. Toyota did make a one-off version of the similarly-sized Aygo called the Aygo Crazy which really did have 200hp and RWD though, so the idea did actually come into being at least once

Jumped back in to Noita after a while away because a friend has been trying it out too. Oblivion's levelling system was beyond fucked. The optimal way to play in terms of power is to pick primary skills that you know you won't use and then go out of your way to only level those once you've levelled other things enough to get maximum value out of the level up. Or, alternatively, just never sleep so that you never level up and play the entire game at level one.

Obviously if you don't enjoy it then that's 100% valid, but at least in terms of understanding what to do it's totally okay to play DRG without understanding anything beyond "shoot bugs and do whatever thing mission control most recently asked you to do". There's no need to play at a higher hazard if you don't yet know or just don't care to know about how to set up your weapons for maximum effectiveness or how to counter each type of bug and so on. Just play at whatever hazard you find fun and try things out until you find what you enjoy. There's no class or weapon that is non-functional without some other component. No wrong choices, so to speak. They're all just degrees of better and worse at any given job, and if you try something out on a mission and it doesn't work then the absolute worst possible penalty is just that you fail that mission and only get a little bit of xp and cash instead of a bigger amount.

Having four times the population density (5900 people per square km vs 1300 numbers are chosen poorly, see exchange with zershuffle in the replies) and way less money to throw at the problem can't help. Not to say that it's hopeless or that India shouldn't try to clean up its air, of course, but the problem at a glance definitely looks tougher to solve for New Delhi than for Beijing

I'm now curious to know where you're from, if you're willing to share. I've always known the game as rock, paper, scissors. I'm in the UK, and it seems like the rest of the Anglosphere uses the same three options but sometimes in a different order, like scissors, paper, rock or something. What's the gesture you make for "stick"?

It's the direct comparison to the scenario Russia created when it sent that letter. It's literally just swapping:

• The CSTO for NATO
• America for Russia, as the aggressor with a big military
• Mexico for Ukraine, as the smaller neighbour that's not even in the alliance in question

But let's not pretend it would be any more just for America to kill hundreds of thousands of Mexicans over nukes stored there.
