  • See, this is why bowing down is a BAD idea.

You get run through the wringer anyway for past 'crimes against the regime' and you've lost all dignity and credibility for bowing down hoping to have your head spared.

  • I ate a three day ban for talking about the morality of killing Hitler if you had the chance. In an animorphs sub, because that happened in one of the books.

    'It's Hitler. He Dies.'

    • Tobias.
  • Good.

Say what you will about faceless corps, but toyota won't send some jackass out a the public face to do sieg hail, and be the gleeful butcher of government programs.

You have to be nestel levels of horrific before it breaks out of the corporate bubble.

  • Define 'violent.'

Does activism count as 'political violence' does posting things that upset people count as 'emotional violence'?

What about being part of a minority? 'ethnic violence!' How about someone that's trans, Gay, or otherwise part of the rainbow? 'Sexual violence!'

  • Same method that people who suffer dementia use to try keeping track of things.

Journaling. Said journal is backed up at least once on site, and two separate off site.

The problem is while normally I'd find trusted people to keep backups, if you're someone they're going to grab, bag, then do whatever before erasing memories OF what they did? They'll have done legwork to know who your circle of friend is.

I'm assuming leaving isn't an option. Because they could do this hellish loop of kidnapping you, and erasing your memories of leaving so to you there's this hell-loop of leaving, them using you to find where their border security fails, keep tabs on you while they're closing that hole, then bag and flash you before dumping you somewhere with only memory that you'd considered leaving and whatever evedance you got flashed.

  • Sadly Pidgin dropped oscar (aim protocol) support years ago because undeveloped and insecure. So either install a plugin or use the old clients.

On the up side, a complete understanding of the server protocol means new clients can be written.
