They can also get all the way to Croatia on the Danube, so it's actually "closer" than the Baltic in terms of time and cost, most likely.

Another option is the Danube to the Rhine, exiting into the North Sea. That's a bit of a journey, though. The YouTube video that BrikoX shared has more details.

A friend of mine just had a new heat pump/furnace combo installed. It has a single controller for the whole system (is my understanding), so the heat pump will run normally and the furnace will kick in if needed. I can't recall the details of when exactly the furnace kicks in.

But then you need to hire more staff. I think part of the sell is that it's no more cost for the employer, since workers get more done in less time. That might not be true for many operational jobs.

I'm just guessing based on what I've seen elsewhere, but I think it's fewer hours with same pay. I don't think the pay could be less or people wouldn't want to stay with the company, as mentioned in the article.

I've been thinking about doing a low FODMAP diet to identify any triggers, but I can't imagine having to do it all the time.

Are you saying that you have negative reactions to all (or almost all) fodmaps? I thought people only have reactions to 1-2.
