  • I was able to install Lineage on my Galaxy Tab S5e and it went from I think 11 (last supported version from Samsung) to 13. It's cool how these custom operating systems can bring fresh life to a so called old device.

  • Here are a few I listen to that stick to the topic of their shows. I don't listen to podcasts that aren't political by nature to hear politics.

    • The Privacy, Security, & OSINT Show
    • Firewalls Don't Stop Dragons
    • Linux + Open Source News, by TLE
    • Surveillance Report
    • Darknet Diaries
  • By and large I don't have this issue but I believe by default it's setup to change your instance every time you reopen the program. You can also set a static instance if you find one that doesn't buffer for you.

    • Quillpad (offline notes)
    • MuPDF mini (Great simple PDF reader)
    • Unit Converter Ultimate (lots of various conversions)
    • Retro Music (fdroid repo for pro version, best music player hands down)
    • OSMAnd (Great for fancy mapping features)
    • Mull (hardened Firefox with the quickest updates of all Firefox based browsers)
    • AntennaPod (best podcast app)
    • Obtanium (install apps easily from sources such as Github)
    • Droid-ify (better fdroid)
  • Last I used it (before uninstalling) there was absolutely no information on the apps listed in their "store." That should have been a feature from the beginning. I support the vision but I feel like it'll be a looong time before it's usable.

  • I'm currently dual booting to game on Windows. I'm trying to game on Linux but keep running into a few issues. Such as for the life of me I can't get Zwift working with Lutris. Once I work those few issues out I'll completely get rid of Windows.
