I haven't been advising the perspective I originally was advising ever since your first guidance. What you're responding to is older than that.

By taking things to heart, I meant it two ways, as in taking someone's word (like if they spoke of a deed or misdeed they did) or as in listening to what someone thinks of as ethical.

Who says I'm "bitching"? More than anything, it's just telling that it's happening how it is. If they mean what you say they mean, why not act like it?

Reminds me of the situation with toki pona. The OG minimalist vocabulary, it was the users who had to incorporate a Western pronoun system for when they needed to clarify things. Before that, everyone was referred to in a non-binary way.

I couldn't list all the ones I know, only the ones I have come across. I remember once someone tried making the whole Bee Movie script their pronoun. Another time they were just dolphin sounds. I was like "guys, I have every intention to uphold your validity, but I need to throw a few rules into the equation". Just basic courtesy stuff.
