That’s cool I’ll look into that, any alternative to a centralized service that requires phone number auth is appreciated and I think competition will make these apps only better.

I like SimpleX because you can self host, create hidden profiles and even throwaway invite links. What platforms are you missing for SimpleX? I think you can run it on Android, iPhone and through Fdroid plus you could even run it on Tails. I don’t really need interconnectivity so never tried it, but I think it exists.

Anyway, for me it really doesn’t matter, just stumbled upon SimpleX and liked it. But the more alternatives the better.

They can keep living there, but if they want to live in peace they’ll have to accept that their whole existence in that land is based on the colonization and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and that their privilege exists through apartheid. And they have to accept to give all of this up and live together with Palestinians, compensate them for their losses, give back what belongs to them.

If Russia takes over parts of Ukraine and colonizes them, they won’t ever be Russian and any resistance against the colonizers as it is carried out now legitimately by Ukrainians will forever remain legal, until they are free again.

Now, assume there would Russians that live for 75 years in Ukrainian, colonized territory and continue their genocide of Ukrainians? Will you consider them native to that territory? They might live there in the 3rd generation. What would you do with them if that territory would be free again?

You are missing the point. This conflict did not start on October 7 and not with the founding of Hamas or Hezbollah. This conflict started with the colonization, ethnic cleansing, dispossession, rape of Palestinians and countless other crimes against humanity committed by the Zionist settlers.

And this conflict will only end with the decolonization of Palestine with Palestinians having equal rights in a democratic country that acknowledges and compensates for the Nakba that Palestinians have suffered through and respects the right to return of Palestinian refugees.

In the course of that we’re gonna need something similar to the Nuremberg trials and a de-Zionisation of the population. Needless to say Israelis will have the right to stay, but they need to abandon Zionism. Israelis won’t like this, because they have to give up their ethnic superiority beliefs and their apartheid state. And I have a hunch that you also won’t like to hear this, but this is the only way to resolve this issue once and for all.

What you’re saying makes no sense. Ukraine is backed by the west and that’s a good thing. Unfortunately only out of geopolitical interest and not because of the atrocities Russia is committing in their illegal invasion of Ukraine.

I care about human rights, that’s why I condemn both Russia and the west. You have an agenda that’s why you’re apologetic towards the settler colonial apartheid genociders.

I would extend this to decolonizing Palestine and granting Palestinians equal rights in an actually democratic country.

It’s a good comparison, both Russia and and the settler colonial apartheid entity are illegally invading their neighbors, commit genocide and countless other war crimes & crimes against humanity. The only thing that differs is the rhetoric of western media and politicians.

I find this difficult to read. What would have been useful is a per country/state and manufacturer overview that shows where I have to worry about what with whom. Nevertheless this is very alarming and a good reminder to never connect your TV to the internet.

No. They are not using human shields, you have no proof for that, but there’s proof that Israel is doing this systematically. And even if they would be doing that, it would be still murder to kill civilians.

Israel is a genocidal settler colonialist apartheid entity which needs to be abolished, Palestine needs to be decolonized so that people there can live in peace, equality and safety. None of this is possible while Palestinians are oppressed. This is the solution, Israel extending their genocide to Lebanon on the other hand isn’t.
