  • Ours came with this little brick thing that I think is supposed to keep mineral buildup from accumulating, but the company stopped making that humidifier and we can't buy any more of the bricks. We'll probably be shopping for another one next season. :(

  • Thanks for bringing this bracket to my attention. I've got an Antec C8 case with fans in the bottom, so a support pillar wouldn't work for me.

  • Oh wow that's neat. I saw where some of the new cards have fan connectors. Must plug into that.

    Edit: My bad, this is incorrect. Just saw image 3/7. You may be able to use fan header on card but doesn't appear designed to do so.

  • I didn't realize this was a thing. Card must be really heavy! My 3080 came with a sort of bracket to prevent sagging but this is next level. @edgemaster72@lemmy.world

    Also I didn't downvote you but it's hard to understand what you like about Rise. I'm not asking you to defend it but could you highlight a few things that make it a good movie for you?

  • It is kinda crazy. It occurred to me that I should try to reproduce this on a physical Windows machine before I report to the QEMU guys. Could be a Windows flaw.

  • Me and about a dozen other people thought John Carter was great. To me, it was just a fun sci-fi/fantasy movie. Never undestood the hate.
