Just acknowledgment of reality, no moral judgment.

A lot of that is because a) protests, formalities, FUD and b) lack of scale (each plant is built as one of a kind). Same for price.

With a bigger scale the constructio and prices would lower significantly (as with anything done at scale), but for that we have too much populism, fear and emotional driven propaganda and gullible voters. Nuclear power always had the potential to fix the humanity energy needs relatively simply, it's sad how we got to this point.

No single company should have that kind of power, hence other companies, preferably companies like Mozilla, should step in and democratise the project.

Not sure if you want an actual answer, but the name "Russia" originally comes from "Kievan Rus", and Kyiv is in ... Ukraine. Renaming it to Muscovy (original name of the country) is then symbolically taking the name back.

A major issue of flash and java was that they were foreign citizens - they didn't interoperate with the rest of the web platform. With webapps you can inspect the application, change CSS styles or fonts, you can compose and layout them with other content. Not possible with flash/java.

Google provides a feature to compress the photos, it's reeeally difficult to see a difference from the original. That saves a lot of space. It's a good practice to delete blurry/repetitive pictures. With that, 100 GBs can last a long time.

It's a bigger problem with videos where higher bitrate/resolution make a difference and they consume a lot of storage.

Which is the critical difference - "with a strong priority placed on speed of service". If you don't prepare it with a focus on speed, and prepare it in a slow way, serve the customer in a more normal slow setting, then it's not "fast food", because there's nothing "fast" about it.

Let's check Wikipedia's definition:

Fast food is a type of mass-produced food designed for commercial resale, with a strong priority placed on speed of service.

That does not apply to a pizza made on your order in a sit-down pizzeria where you wait just as long as in other kinds of restaurants.

I lived in one which ostensibly did not prioritize profits and it sucked. We didn't even have pizza at all, no joke. Pizza wasn't part of the five-year plan, after all.

No, if you sit down in a pizzeria, order a pizza, wait for it to be freshly made, then that's no fast food.

On average, you need just 3.5% of the population to actively oppose the regime to achieve a successful revolution. People can change things, but it looks like a vast majority of Russians are just fine with killing Ukrainians. More expensive iPhones are a bigger issue.

And properly and concisely describing a bug or glitch is usually the key to getting it resolved quickly.

Often the most difficult part of solving it is being able to reproduce it / find the exact situation in which the problem occurs.
