They'll also start paring features out of the device as soon as it's convenient for them, like they did with the OnHub as soon as Google Home devices launched. I'm still salty about the OnHub, they flat out neutered a multifunction device down to a big WiFi AP because they just didn't want people using any of the smart home or speaker functionality once they had other products to sell.
I mean, it's pretty straightforward to run sting buy operations and then go after the platform selling illegal products. I'm surprised there isn't an ATF taskforce devoted to combing the usual internet marketplaces and then filing federal charges.
I don't use Samsung unless I plan to unlock and root the device. I have 70+ apps disabled on my Samsung tablet and it's finally usable. Hopefully someone else comes along with a high spec OLED tablet sometime soon so I can stop buying Galaxy Tab S devices.

We've drastically simplified and made tech accessible to everyone with a smartphone, you no longer need computer skills to get on the internet to shop or participate in social activities. Kids use apps' platforms for the things we had to build and host ourselves 20y ago.
