  • That looks a lot better, what did you use? Mine was gpt4 (free account).

    Prompt was:

Create a computer dialog box screenshot in mac os aqua style. The title should be "warning". The message must be "this task will cut off power to a small random city for 10 minutes. Would you like to continue creating this 200x200 avatar?". The buttons should read "continue" and "cancel".

  • I heard it was because it's a single income home where the father works long hours at some powerplant and the mother is a housewife swamped with chores and keeping a household of 5 people and two animals afloat. The boy may have severe adhd and is overshadowed by his genius brainy younger sister. The parents may be too concerned over his youngest sibling, which still hasn't spoken significantly in 30 years. So yeah, tough situation there.

  • As I said above:

Maybe more and more words will be blacklisted over time, slowly eroding the english language until nothing more can be said or expressed out of fear of spooking the advertisers. Nobody will be able to post anything, effectively reducing the platform to a useless, content-less desert filled to the brim with ads only. It will serve no purpose but to spread the consumer's gospel. It will happen slowly. Nobody in the general public will notice. Shareholder value has never been greater. The system works. Consume. Continue.

    • TikTok.
    • Short form videos.
    • Tutorials in a 10 minute video format. Just give me a list of instructions I can skim to find the thing I'm looking for.
    • Influencers and "content creators". Please get cancer and die.
    • YouTube after 2011 or so
    • Monetization of platforms
    • The way software development evolved from a highly praised skill to being regarded as nothing more than a fleshbased code printer for creating more shareholder value
    • How the art scene is now mostly relying on social media exposure and followers
    • so, Actually most of the modern internet.
    • The lie that you can become rich and succesful by working hard and putting in the hours

I can go on for quite a while. Millenial disillusionment is real.

  • Thats my point. You can't. Everything on the internet is "social" nowadays. The best they can do is something like banning access to services that don't follow a strict set of rules/laws, for instance regarding data collection or selling etc
