  • I run it headless in a small pc in my basement that I use as server. it also has an http api so other systems can integrate with it (eg another program that looks for torrents and pushes the torrents into it.

  • Apple quickly pivoted it to a health tracking device. newer model have even medical grade ECG, blood oxygen level, fall and crash detection, etc. plus the usual activity tracking (steps, calories, workouts)

  • Clue, from 1985. (An adaptation of the board game, yes.)

It was a total flop when it was released but It has gained a bit of a "cult" status since then. Characters are over the top, it's full of puns and corny jokes but I totally love it. The rhythm at which it delivers jokes is incredible. You'll miss many jokes the first time you see it but it doesn't matter because another one is coming almost immediately.

And it doesn't even feel rushed or fast paced. All of the many characters have a chance to be developed and the fact that the whole thing happens on real time is very interesting. It even has multiple endings which they showed in different theatres when it was first released!

If you like murder mysteries and light comedy this is for you. Go watch if you haven't.

ps- Can I interest you in fruit or dessert?

  • “radiation” levels are barely outside of regulation. and france has record of testing devices more strictly than the rest of countries. my guess is Apple will appeal, it will be retested and all will be good. the same has happened before (I think 7,8 and 11, but don’t quote me on it)

  • Im not sold in the idea. I did find a couple of OLED 4k 120hz monitors on 'TV size' (BenQ MOBIUZ EX480UZ ), but then they dont seem to have (or at least advertise) hdmi-arc or hdmi-CEC support, and the brightness is only 480 nits (vs 800 of a LG C2) and it seems more expensive.

I would not recommend it as a replacement for an actual TV in a living room.
