  • Next time Rs are in power they are likely to remove democracy from the equation and we won't see another period of Democrats in power.

  • I'm sure the companies didn't give them as much money as they originally asked for. Unions usually expect to concede partially on those numbers and start at a higher negotiation number.

  • They already are. Legacy admissions are rightfully being targeted. Honestly they should have done away with those before even starting affirmative action.

  • Money is speech according to the supreme court. These groups cannot dictate how private organizations hand out money.

  • Well we know they are fudging the numbers because he's still using the government to terrorize the family of the woman who exposed it. So being the biggest surge in the country while also lying about the numbers.

  • Yeah, they got that idea from you slightly less insane idiots.

  • It's not just Trump, the majority of the Republican party is complicit and in reality got there first.

  • That's true, but also we rarely use the switch as a portable in our house and my kid could care less. We don't need Mario Kart to be 4k 120 and Breath of the Wild is designed to look great with lower graphics quality. We have a PS5 and a 4k TV with VRR and we switch between the two all the time.

  • And Nintendo will "once again" outsell hardware that out performs theirs.

  • That's actually kind of how the switch works. But it's not hardware in the dock, it's just the ability to draw more power when plugged in allows it to increase performance.

  • Yes, it's toxic and bad. But Eugenics is one of the worst things to ever happen to the world. I just don't want that downplayed at all. People who believe in eugenics literally think they should play God and decide who lives and who dies.

  • As kooky as it is, I've never seen dianetics end in genocide.

  • You made your bed.

  • Yeah, these will be gone the second someone realizes. Probably an error between Amazon and Paramount.

  • Yup, I've always had to buy the old stuff from behind the counter as the new stuff never worked.

  • Severability doesn't always work with employment contracts like this. Google recently fucked around and found out.

  • There's precedent in employment contracts when companies knowingly put illegal clauses in them. It happened to Google recently.

  • The best part about contracts with clauses that are illegal is that it voids it can void the entire contract. So all they've done besides trying to be bullies is void their own NDAs.

Edit: This is more common with employment contracts.
