yet another post where the title says "Trump To Actually Be Held Responsible For Crimes Committed On Live TV" and the article is just people who ahve nothing to do with either Trump or the law guessing that someone could possibly do something with no idea as to whether anyone will actually do anything. It's raw speculation and it degrades the platform, but anything that says "Trump Good" or "Trump Bad" will of course get a million upvotes.

Absolutely this. Trump doesn't need a coherent message. He's whipped people into a frenzy with the help of a media empire designed to do exactly that, and no matter what he says or does his voters stick with him because no matter what else he does while in office he'll let them hurt the people he's made them afraid of. It doesn't matter what he wants to do, they know that if he gets elected they'll get to do what they want to do, which is establish a state that kills anyone who makes them uncomfortable. They're not stupid. No one involved in this is stupid. They're evil and they need to be stopped if we hope to survive.

The last time we were sure that we were gonna flip Texas blue was November of 2016. Nothing is done until the voting and the inevitable Republican post-election violence are over. This is fundraising propaganda designed to frighten his party faithful, not an accurate statement about how he currently feels in this election cycle. But it is possible, and would be pretty amazing if we could make it happen. Vote, donate, do the work.

Here's an argument: there is no peace with Putin's Russia ever. This isn't the first time Putin has invaded Ukraine. He has proven time and again that "peace" with him is just a timeout while he re-arms. Then he bites off another chunk and goes "Why do you keep fighting? Don't you want peace, you monster?"

In fact, they like to think that the verses only make sense out of context. No matter how many other verses you can cite across multiple books where Christ makes it clear He's commanding you to abandon the idea of worldly, material possessions and dedicate yourself and your wealth to helping other people and spreading the word, they'll go "No it was just a gate" and keep not doing what Christ told them to while pretending to be Christians.
