  • Not for the millitary industrial complex. It will just b another proxy war like the one in Ukraine.

As is shown by history, USA will not send troops to there is an attack on its soil. Though it will support both the sides if possible.

  • For them the choice is between do they endorse the president who kills and bombs Palestinians or they don't.

It is not between Kamala Harris or Donald Trump. Even they know none of the choices can or will lead to less violence in the middle east.

  • Yes harass the hospital for being caught between federal and state law. For trying to toe the fine line between it. If this continues it would not be a wonder if the hospitals shutter their maternal wings.

This consequence, the poor lady's death, was warned by all the sane people when the state laws were being passed. Harassing doctors and hospital for law makers fault is not right.

  • Anything said against Israel is not anti Semitic. It is just realistic.

Instead of being swallowed by islamic caliphate, the ethnostate of Israel is controlled by a far right, islamophobic government.

Preventing world recognized genocide is not stabbing allies in the back.

  • People who are uncommitted because of Gaza are fools to think that their reticence won't have any consequences in the country.

Having said that there is no hope for Gazans from US since both the parties are bought and paid for by the Israelis.

Russia take note - US only lets those foreign countries to influence the election who are willing to buy both the parties.

  • You can say that if the voterbase is huge with multiple interest groups often at loggerheads to each other. But amongst people with predominantly similar interests such as in labour votes its is not that uncommon.

  • I gave an explanation for both the points talking less n anaesthesia from the point of view of preventing litigation.

New doctors are drilled by seniors n lawyers to speak less, be professional n only answer to the point.

  • it's about cramming as many patients as possible into each day.

Using general anaesthsia and controlling everything reduces risk as compared to doing it with local anaesthesia which might cause discomfort, vomiting. These can get you sued. You never know who will be the person who will screw you just because you tried to save a few bucks.

General anaesthsia might save a few minutes during the procedure but along with the time for giving anaesthsia, recovery from anaesthsia, after care. It is both more time consuming and costly.

being more personable and attentive would decrease the risk.

You would think so but in real world the more you speak more material you would give if you get sued. Hence the doctrine be professional and cover your ass.

  • Everything depends on hardware.

I had the completely opposite experience of installing Ubuntu on HP laptop and giving it to my father. It connected without any problems to his work wifi while his friends brand new windows laptop couldn't.

  • Both have proven track record of genocidal tendencies. Both are proven terrorists even if only one of them is a designated terrorist organisation.

So taking any statement made by any of them unverified with a boat load of salt is not only prudent it is necessary.
