Overalls are awesome. Especially when worn by a handsome guy without a shirt underneath.

There are mentions of beards, full public bush, overly white teeth, and tats. This thread isn’t just about women.

It’s strange that this has made a comeback. It was a thing in the 1960s. And it’s a pain in the ass.

I think fake eyelashes can look flattering on older people when they are done right. As you age, your lids start to droop and your eye sockets recede. Fake eyelashes can help provide better definition in those cases.

Fun facial hair is awesome. Love a nice beard or mustache or sideburns. I draw the line at mustache wax tho. It grosses me out for some reason.

There was nothing wrong with WebOS. HP just didn’t have the cojones to stand behind it.

What worsens it are the grifters who aren’t really religious, but feed these people’s beliefs to rise to power and/or steal their money.

I’ve been living with chronic back pain for years as well. And I definitely get short sometimes when I’m in pain. It makes me tired and cranky sometimes and takes its toll. I have asked my family to remind me when I’m acting like a “grumpy old man”.

Some of this is because they’re living with pain. Your body breaks down as you get older. Some of it is Fox News brainwashing.

Where I live, we have voting machines with a paper receipt. Voters use a touchscreen and then get a printed ballot. The voter can then check to make sure that what they cast electronically is correct, and then the paper ballot is scanned and saved. You can perform an audit anytime you like to compare the instant electronic results to hand counted ballots.

Like anything competing for my time, it has to be something I’m really interested in watching/playing/doing. Too many other things going on to devote time to crappy games, books, or tv shows.

Still less than cable/broadcast which runs fifteen to twenty minutes of ads per hour. Given time, I’m sure streaming will catch up.
