Elected officials already have term limits, they're elections. I think that if a representative keeps getting put back up there by their constituents, less turnover might be more efficient, bringing along experience.

My opinion on this did a 180 the year Trump was elected. I suddenly value experience.

Hamas won their stupid war on Oct 7.

The press that Israel is generating for itself is the payoff for Hamas, and so obviously, it was always intended to be. Israel started out with everything to lose and that's exactly what they're continuing to do.

I'm a big fan of running home stuff on old laptops for this reason. Most UPSs give you a few minutes to shut down, laptops (depending on what you run) could give you plenty of extra run time and plenty of margin for a shutdown contingency.
