But I think that is drastically different than calling for all Nazis to be jailed or executed, as some on the left would suggest. It's a pretty bad loophole, as if there's anyone or any movement you want to get rid of, all you have to do is call them Nazis, and into the incinerator they go.
The idea that doing something with someone who turns out to be a foreign asset makes you a conspirator is a bit ridiculous. I don't see anyone in this community accusing Kathy Hochul of being a Chinese asset since she's a Democrat, but accusing her of that would be ridiculous too. She probably didn't know that her aide was a Chinese agent.
I understand wanting to intervene but I agree, this seems like an overreach. A more reasonable federal approach would be to have these folks investigated for violations of federal law, which I doubt the FBI is interested in doing in this case.
