That’s not an MS thing, that’s the way your admins configured it. There are methods for doing system wide, once every X hours authentication, but chances are they don’t know that or went overkill with the settings to “be more secure”

That’s alright. Megacorp(tm), who incidentally also owns an insurance company, will buy it and gladly rent it to you.

That already exists with PayPal and Apple Pay for example. The remote site never sees your credit card, just an approval token. You won’t be able to get away from address though as they need to know how to get it to you.
