  • For further clarification:

The Antarctic Peninsula(the long bit sticking out) is the furtest part away from the south pole in the antarctic and is thus the northernmost part, and is generally considered to be the "north" when using cardinal directions there. The Weddell Sea is off the coast of the peninsula.

  • Not without additional steps, a shoebox for big boots or being malnurished.

For reference, a large normal shoebox can hold 10-11kg of water, which is about the same mass as a year of dried average and healthy expulsions(~29g per day). And without compressing it as it dries or other methods, the tarp-dried feces wont be as dense as water.

It should also be mentioned that there are people who produce over three times as much, simply because they eat a lot more.

  • Fair warning: Last week one of my accounts was seemingly shadowbanned, and now gets "This content isn't available" on every video.

Logging out plays videos, making a new brand account worked, etc. and no notification from youtube.

  • It’s rather odd that they did not consider this consequence.

People who are okay with doing bad things, are usually okay with it because they think most people are okay with, or even do, the same things.

  • And that's not even getting started on "ai girlfriends", that are isolating vulnerable people to a terrifying degree. And since they are garbage at context, they do things like that case last year where it could seem like it was encouraging a suicidal teen.

  • Yeah, more people should be aware that Doyle was basically the opposite of Sherlock Holmes in many ways.

He seriously believed in faries, spirits, psychic powers, telepathy, etc. and claimed many mental illnesses was the result of being possessed by spirits. He held multiple public debates to defend this, and published several books on the matter.

He actuall believed Houdini used real magic. Despite knowing him and having Houdini repeatedly try to explain that it was just tricks and illusions. To the point where they had a pretty public falling out after Doyle absolutely refused to believe him and insisted that it had to be magic.

  • Why are all the comments defending him having money? The article has nothing about that, and the "luxury" part of the article isn't about his wealth. It's about a fancy resort not being secure. And "safari lodge" does not mean "hunting lodge"

Are there tons of hidden comments I'm missing? Are people preemptively assuming comments will complain? Or is everyone's reading comprehension that bad?

  • No it isn't. Graduating law students literally have a shared spreadsheet that list out the companies who caved, and they're being blacklisted.

That's another big reason those companies are being dumped by corporations. They're literally struggling to hire people and wont stay afloat unless things change.

  • Explanation: Money.

Whenever you see a headline or article and don't understand why they're lying or pushing something. The answer is that it makes someone money. And a large chunk of modern media is owned by a handful of people who's goal is to make money, not tell the truth.

  • I wonder what the chances are that the fire, the dog skull, and the murder were all the same shithead.

Very high. And he's probably buddies with the homophobic cops who dismissed years of reports of the threats to do those three things. And the same cops who have already "determined" that there was no hate crime.

Although I don't think those cops have realized yet that he was on other popular shows like Parks and Rec as well. And famous people are speaking out. Meaning there will be a lot more scrutiny and they can't just shrug and sweep it under the rug this time.

  • You are right that you don't need an armchair diagnosis. Although you seriously need to go look at old photographs and what people do with cloth in real life. Because your view on what is real, and what is fake, is not conducive to reality if you think that dress looks "AI" generated.

EDIT: And if you're blocking people for pointing that out. You're literally just making things worse for yourself.
