No they do not.

There are writings from around ~200 talking about how the letter T and Tau look like the execution cross. Around the same time where the word "σταυρός"(cross) appears in New Testament versions.

The change to the modern/lower case version did start to happen around the time of conversions and suppression of pagans began. But as far as I am aware there is no evidence that was the reason. Specially since it didn't really take off for a couple of hundred years, and became big with the crusades.

EDIT: I completley skipped over that you used Fallout 4 as an example. That engine tied game speed and physics to fps last time I played. So unless you mod the game, things will literally move "slower" as the fps drops.

Because in most of the world it's 70-90g. If you're going with heavy dishes it's sometimes down into 50-60g.

It also seems like they might be shadowbanning those who don't comply after a while(account can't play any videos, but works fine when logged out or on other accounts, but zero notification from them about any wrongdoing).

That's how modern businesses people think though: As long as their department has green numbers, they literally don't care if their actions cause the company a a whole to collapse. And these guys are trying to run a country like a business.
