That's not how it works here.

Car insurance here is a crown corporation who as far as I know, cannot do that.

It's defacing which is under the definition of vandalism.

What's wrong with bmw drivers? I mean they haven't made anything good in a while but bmw has made some of the best cars ever, bar none.
