I would let him know that he has a tell, yeah. As for whether or not rolls should get fudged, I guess it depends on what you're trying to get out of the game. For me and my players, my emphasis is on the continuity of the story I'm telling, so I tend to fudge rolls to keep things moving along.

Antitrust in the US requires consolidation to harm consumer choice, and with the agreements Microsoft has committed to that’s not provable. The EU has much stricter rules about this stuff than the US and even they cleared the acquisition. This has more to do with the administration’s tech-regulation initiative needing to show some proof-of-life than anything with a chance of actually preventing a merger. Thanks for the response. To be honest, that seems a bit misguided. Seems like it adds a fair bit of complexity and performance issues in exchange for a relatively marginal benefit(hiding an IP that’s probably dynamic from a server the user chose to visit anyways).
