  • The biggest worry is that the data might be right and might be used by an insurance provider to deny a person's cover

Though that's not a realistic problem. The various DNA ancestry companies' privacy policies prevent them sharing with insurance companies.

  • I reckon completing level 255 isn't going to happen for human players on the NES. They are pushing the input hardware beyond it's design to play the levels they're at now, and also crashes become more common at higher levels making a clean run to 255 even harder

  • This person did it by playing it until it crashed. There are several points where particular actions will crash the game.

I would argue though that to beat Tetris you would need to beat level 255, at which point the level counter wraps to level 0

  • Courts should order car companies to revoke all access to the vehicle for the person losing the car, and grant all to the one gaining exclusive use of it when they order a car to one person

I would have my lawyer ask for such orders were I to become divorced again, whichever of us got the car

  • There's privacy versus the car company that has various levels of concern about it.

This is privacy versus others with access to your car.

It should be easy to remove another user's access from within the car

  • I was a moderator of a minor misspelt subreddit. I marked it private when I left. That'll annoy about 700 - 2000 people. I haven't deleted my account, and I do visit every couple of months for a community that hasn't moved which I like (though it has gone downhill)
