Anybody Else Heard of Death to Smoochy (2002)?

  • I remember news stories when the movie came out; parents were taking their kids to the movie because they didn't understand what it was about. I thought the R rating would have been enough.

  • At this point the only thing I'm interested in is the Loki series everything else I just can't muster the energy/desire to want to watch.

  • I just finished working out and noticed I had a flat after like 30 seconds of driving. It was dark and I pulled over on an uneven/unfinished area of road. A passerby helped me out by holding a flashlight, we were chatting as I was working, then all of a sudden my car fell off the jack (the flat had been removed). I was so lucky I didn't crush my hand. After that I just called AAA to take care of it for me and I'll never try changing a flat again.

  • The was a really interesting Chefs Table (Netflix show) episode about a Turkish chef. He went on about how the same dish has a million different names all depending on the region you're from. I think it was season 4.

  • I want to say Manta (Armenian dumplings), but that could be due to me only having them a few times a year. It's labor intensive and my grandmother used to make them all the time, but now I have to wait for a random church to sell them.

    I might have to go with tacos as my backup. Tons of variety there.

  • Pay off my house, do all the little projects in the house we couldn't afford, save enough for the kids college fund, and buy a few shiny toys. Then go back to work like normal...I'd go insane with nothing to do all day. On the plus side, my family will have the most amazing vacations.

  • They started to enforce the multi home rule on my account, so I cancelled my subscription. I think I had the account over 10 years. I was barely using my account anymore, so I don't miss it that much.

  • Have you checked out The Expanse series? I think it's 8 primary books, with like 4 optional novellas. Its not exactly what you're looking for, but it does deal with some of what you're interested in. It was also turned into a pretty good TV show.
