My Corsair keyboards do not require an app to be installed forever.

If I want to customize colors and whatnot I need the app, otherwise there are some presets on the keyboard itself.

If I customize the colors, I use the app and do it and then uninstall the app and move on. This is presumably MUCH easier than trying to do this without an interface directly on the keyboard which I suppose would be the alternative.

It WOULD be nice to just be able to edit a text file and copy it over.

This is kinda bad faith as the overwhelming bulk of statistical and economic literature on the matter makes it clear how terribly expensive incarceration is.

I agree completely in a fallible system these executions ought never exist.

However creating a framework of rules with outcomes and holding all accountable to them is the most morally / ethically benign thing we do as humans.

The state is the only ethical executor of these decisions.

BUT the system is fallible and made up of fallible people and isn’t always steered for the moral / ethical and as such your last sentence is even more truthful than even you meant it.

Sounds like a fairly simple automation tbh.

Notifications tend to come through HomeKit itself rather than as a text message.

So they’re native push alerts to phones / people / devices enrolled in the home.
