Here it is also common to carry around a hand scanner in the store and just pay by docking the scanner without having to pack up anything. It's way quicker.
I don’t have that here but I do have a regional grocery chain that allows you to use your phone as the scanner as you shop, then you just go to a terminal at the end of your trip and scan a QR code to finalize. I love it.

I think it depends on the cost/reason of return, and where you’re returning it. Sometimes I have to pay a $1 fee to take to a UPS store but taking it to Kohl’s drop off is free.

If I remember correctly (it’s been 10 years), the final boss in Bioshock I still had a rocket launcher (? Or something similar) I had hoarded for a good while. If I recall, it was only two shots before he was dead. He didn’t even finish his during-fight monologue. I’m very, very bad at video games and was very confused as to why the fighting had stopped.
Sorry, but absolutely the owners and cops could do as they wish. Would it come to it about trash issues? Probably not, if it was being managed correctly. But say you have some random store bought trash cans closer to the buildings. Now who takes those full cans to the dumpsters? It’s not going to stay managed well. Landlords can evict people very easily for not abiding by terms, which can be pretty lengthy. And people aren’t going to risk their home just to stick it to a landlord. They’re just going to drag their trash out to the dumpster. I really envy you and your country which seems to have a much better way of handling things, but the entire rental industry of the US is built around getting the most money while providing the least necessary for the people.
Because then if the landlord/management company didn’t like it they would refuse to renew your lease and then you’re out of home. It’s rare for tenants to have much of any rights in the US.
You can definitely forward from MSN to something else. I have my ooooold MSN email forwarded to my Gmail. I would take the time to make a whitelist in your MSN acct for all the actual real stuff and just have that forwarded.
At first when I read subway I thought you mean public transport and thought “that’s no small task!” When I realized you meant Subway the sandwich shop I was sad that a town didn’t even have a Subway??? They’re a dime a dozen!
I could be wrong but I think it was just a combo of people growing tired of his copy+paste art, overdone humor, and the fact he used his wife’s miscarriage for content in a humor comic. I don’t wanna tell someone how to grieve but it doesn’t really seem like a subject for a funny comic strip.
My dad has been playing it, and almost exclusively it, for years. From 360 to Xbox One to Xbox Series X. It’s literally the only game he even has for the X, he bought the machine just to play Skyrim. He was so excited to find mods. Idk how many thousands of hours he has in it.
Getting work done for the house checks are still the “best” option. Around here they charge a 3% fee for plastic which when you’re talking about thousands of dollars of work it’s no question I’m dusting off the checkbook lmao.
