AI can very easily be abused and I don't see how this is related to the tech being open sourced or not. Fighting to ensure you aren't exploited is fine and I support anyone to fight against exploitation.

They could easily make more money with the same image by limiting how much revenue goes to the charities. You can choose to not give them anything.

It's not internal, but there are other private address ranges beyond 192.168.0.0/16. 10.0.0.0/8 is another common one. Container platforms like to use 172.16.0.0/12.

If it's your only layer of security, it's not good. But when a website doesn't tell you whether or not an email account exists when you try a username and password, it's still obscurity (you're not confirming one way or the other) but it's still a useful level of security. IPs are generally not given out for a reason. Most people don't even realize they don't get hacked simply because they aren't targeted. That you even route local traffic via the internet is interesting to begin with and makes me wonder if you truly are prepared for a targeted attack. Enshitification is referring to something extremely specific and coined by Cory Doctorow. You can't just make up a new definition for it. That's a semantic fallacy.

Absolutely. Before the video, she lied about it and downplayed it and accused others about falsifying the accusations. Suddenly there's video and now she "apologizes" (she didn't really, it was a fake apology, she didn't say she's sorry for what she did, she basic said she's sorry others found it offensive, that's not an apology) and she's entirely quiet on all the lying she did beforehand about saying it was overblown.

He was reported by his own aides. And some Republicans still voted against him. It wasn't weaponized. He's saying that to try and downplay that there's still a federal investigation into it and that all this means is that he won't be impeached. It doesn't mean he can't be charged and convicted criminally which will have a real jury that isn't just his own party protecting him.

Nah, Amazon is super easy to dispute purchases. Hell, you can probably just tell Amazon directly that it was a fraudulent purchase and they'll return it, at least for smaller purchases or infrequently enough.

There are protections against this. The CVC is not recorded with "saved payment info" and if a seller accepts a payment with no CVC, it's much much easier to dispute it with the CC company.

They'd have to do best effort against charging devs for pirated copies.

Telemetry is also easily blocked. As a business, I'd trust that a lot less. It's why many enterprise licenses are simply self reported. The punishment isn't worth lying enough to make a difference.

Most companies would trust devs as the devs are not big enough to survive a legal fight they'd certainly lose with prejudice, meaning they'd pay court costs as well.
