You literally could have just done that in the beginning and spared yourself a whole lot of agony instead of expecting other people to verify your claims for you.

That's how a debate works. Burden of proof is on you, not anyone else. Remember that.

Because I refuse to give up on speaking the truth about the matter, and how corrupt the admins are, and demonstrating the very serious flaws and problems Lemmy as a platform has (there are a lot of ways people can exploit Lemmy to be a massive douche canoe, for starters).

Because truth is valuable for its own sake even if no one will listen.

People really ought to go back to separate websites and small forums, and get away from federation in general. It doesn't do any real good.

I hate to break it to you, but most American parents are not fit to parent and kids would by and large have better outcomes just living in boarding schools throughout their childhoods.

You're welcome to look at the statistics on child abuse, neglect, domestic violence and extreme poverty if you don't believe me.

Many many people are unemployed and/or homeless, or trapped in debt, which skews the numbers.

You know, if Trump wins the election next year, they very well could try.

Because it fulfills their goal of revenge against women for rejecting them, having rights, etc.

And that fulfills the goal of pleasing their bible-thumper and alt-right base, who seek vengeance against women for those and a myriad of other reasons.
