Don't need to. I'd just make a bunch of IOUs backed by this infinite money and pay people in that. Eventually you could add some security measures to validate the IOUs are legitimate, and even allow people to exchange them between each other.
As a US citizen from New Jersey... we're not really sure. I think our southern states were left in the sun too long, and our western states went insane from isolation. Northeastern states are fine, we're not in denial. Housing is too expensive to need therapy.

Disappointingly I only have the grocery store within that distance, and it's a Walmart with no sidewalk for a stretch of that walk... But back to that list... Why would you need a gas station within walking distance? Am I walking with my car Flintstones style?
Bloated us a relative term. If it feels bloated then it is, if it doesn't then it isn't. The second you start noticing it is when you know you've gone too far for your own comfort and should start cleaning more aggressively. Compared to old computers even the cleanest modern linux setup is bloated by comparison in most cases.
For anyone with a gambling addiction that might take this seriously: there's no such thing as a talented gambler, if it's skill-based then it's inherently not gambling (this is why things like carnival games aren't normally regulated as gambling). This is also why card counters are kicked out of casinos, because it's not meant to be something that you can beat.
