Essentially they find that interleukin-6 (IL-6) a well-known inflammatory signal is important to neuronal lymphatics which are key to brain waste removal. I think it's very telling that mamdami's money comes from 16,000 individual donors while Cuomos comes from less than 3,000 individuals. Cuomo still has name recognition and frankly most people don't care as shown by repeated election of moderate Dems even in "safe" democratic areas.
