My sleep study said I had something like 70 "interruptions per hour", which means I'd stop breathing, my body woke me up just enough to breathe, then fell back asleep, only to do it all over again a little more than once every minute.
Do you snore, possibly excessively? Get drowsy and have to fight nodding off while driving? Do meetings send you to a seemingly impossible fight with staying awake?
Much of your description describes me before I had a sleep study that diagnosed me with sleep apnea. I've been using a CPAP for almost a decade now and it was a life changer and possibly saver.
I'm not a medical professional, so take this as you will; I would recommend talking to your healthcare providers and see if a sleep study might be in your interest.
I'm a big fan of unsweetened soda water. Ila Croix, klarbrunn, bubly.
I make my own though with a soda stream. I have a shit ton of hops as a home brewer so I make flavoring that's steeped hops (filtered out after steeping), combined 50/50 with juice blend I make 50/50 from lemon and lime. Not the fake from concentrate shit, but I don't fresh squeeze it either. You can get the real stuff in most grocery stores these days.
So 1/2 hops tea, 1/4 unsweetened lemon juice and 1/4 unsweetened lime juice.
Then I put about an inch of that in a pint glass and fill it the rest of the way with soda water.
Very low calorie and hits the spot. It has helped me entirely stop drinking beer at home.
And not just that, but it's disingenuous. There's no real interest here in an answer, it's just intended to provoke interaction. Even all but the most overt, direct, owning it racists will claim racism is bad, regardless of their own actions and tendencies. Bad post is bad.

My first dog loved anyone and everything and going to the vet was a treat because of the people, so taking her in wasn't a big thing for her. Just wanted to let you know about the in home option in case that seems like a good option for you.
I haven't had the experience to see either of my MY dogs grow old to have to make this decision in the same way you are. Both at 8.5yrs and full of piss and vinegar ended up with cancers that were terminal. When I was looking into this for myself and struggling with the decision, I stumbled upon a vet's blog that basically said she never once heard anyone say they did it too soon, and only ever heard regret about having waited too long. A family friend also gave me advice that it's the last act of love and compassion we can give them. I am not judging you and say this with no intended shame at all, with only what you've said to go by, but I think it's time, and maybe a little past time. At the end of the day it's you and your well loved furry friend, not me and mine. It's going to be hard no matter when, so if you can, try to have family with you and planned support for a few days. You'll feel their presence for a very long time. My most recent was in April last year and that nugget is still around me in many ways, and getting blamed for my gas at both ends.

Actually could be the breathing asshole of a parasitic fly larvae. Put some petroleum jelly over it in a thick layer and see if whatever it is crawls out.
Looked like either a rupturing cyst or maybe a skin tag. I wouldn't think it's anything serious but I will always recommend having a vet check it. Imo it's likely nothing but I'm also not a trained vet.
Interesting, I've been using jerboa since the great migration,and while it has had its moments, it's overall been a smooth and enjoyable ride. Early on I had an issue like you're describing with the sort types, but not in many versions. 0.0.55 is the latest play store version. Might be worth clearing data and cache and re-logging in if you are already on latest
I appreciate the input, but I think I'm just going to ride it out. It's greystar, which bought the building after I moved in but I am the idiot that renewed the lease after without finding out more about them. Big national company colluding with other big national companies and documentation of them telling their managers not to ever negotiate.
